What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address and phone number when you register as a buyer or apply as a partner agent.
• Enquiry details — the name, phone number, email address and message you submit when you enquire about a property, request a callback, or use our contact form.
• Saved activity — the properties you shortlist and the searches you save while logged in.
• Listing content — for partner agents, the property details, images and registration numbers you upload.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and connect you with the agent handling that property.
• To verify partner agents before they are allowed to publish listings.
• To send transactional email: verification codes, enquiry confirmations, and updates on listings you submitted.
• To operate and improve the site — for example, understanding which localities buyers search for.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

When you enquire about a property, your name, phone number and message are shared with our admin team and with the partner agent responsible for that listing, so they can call you back. We also use service providers to run the site — cloud hosting, our database, object storage for images, and an email provider for transactional mail. They process data on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while they are being followed up and for our business records afterwards. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account. Verification codes expire within ten minutes and are discarded once used.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your account and associated data, where we are not required to retain it.
• Withdraw consent to be contacted about an enquiry.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. It is required for the account, saved properties and partner portal features to work, and it is removed when you log out.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Traffic to the site is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password and tell us immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
