1. About these terms

By using Golden Keys India you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is

Golden Keys India is a property listing platform. We advertise properties on behalf of partner agents and developers. We are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller, we do not act as an escrow agent, and we do not provide legal, tax or investment advice.

3. Listing accuracy

Listing content — including price, area, configuration, images, possession dates and registration numbers — is supplied by the partner agent or developer responsible for that property. We review listings before publishing them, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current or complete. Verify independently before you transact: check the RERA registration on your state authority's portal, inspect the property, and have the title documents reviewed by your own advisor. Prices and availability change without notice.

4. Your account

• You must give accurate registration details and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract in India.
• We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, scraping, or abuse of other users.

5. Partner agents

• Agents must hold a valid RERA broker registration and provide it during onboarding.
• Only list properties you are authorised to market.
• Listing content must be accurate, must not be duplicated across multiple entries, and must include the RERA ID where the project is registered.
• Images must be of the actual property, or clearly identified as a rendering or sample.
• We may edit, unpublish, or reject any listing, and may remove partner access, at our discretion.

6. Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry you are asking to be contacted about that property. Your name, phone number and message are passed to our team and to the agent handling the listing. See our privacy policy for how that data is handled.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, crawl or bulk-download listings.
• Do not post false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to use.
• Do not use contact details obtained here for unsolicited marketing.

8. Intellectual property

The Golden Keys India name, logo, site design and editorial content belong to us. Listing content remains the property of the agent or developer who supplied it, who grants us a licence to display it on the site. Do not reuse anything on this site commercially without written permission.

9. Availability and liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on listing content, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
